The Inbound PRO Plugin is free but it does contain several very powerful features that are only accessible to active subscribers. Free users will not have access to one-click template & extension installations or access to the Email + Marketing Automation components. Subscribers will be able to install any/all our extesions & templates from within the plugin as well as access our Mailer and Automation components.
Each license supports up to 10 WordPress instances. In the cases of users using WordPress MultiSite each subsite counts as 1 site.

Inbound Now is a small outfit with limited resources and a big product line so it takes a good bit of time to develop and improve documation. Combined with our Docs Directory and our open Public Support Forum you will find that most troubleshooting issues you encounter have an appopriate response already documented.
Our Inbound Forms component is equipped to provide very basic data collection. For the person looking for a stronger form creation solution we offer addons (inlcuded for subscribers) that support third party form plugins like Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms 3.
