Yes Inbound Now provides public support to both free users and paid users via our public support forums.
We will help you with most everything but if there is a theme or plugin conflict we may not be able to help. Support response times are 24-48 hours.
Does it matter which webhost I use?
Inbound Now tools work best on a WordPress Managed hosting provider, but we'll be happy to work with whoever
you've chosen. InboundNow.com is proudly powered by WPEngine so we promote them as our official Inbound Now friendly hosting provider.
Is the Inbound PRO plugin Free?
The Inbound PRO Plugin is free but it does contain several very powerful features that are only accessible to active subscribers. Free users will not have access to
one-click template & extension installations or access to the Email + Marketing Automation components. Subscribers will be able to install any/all our extesions & templates from within the plugin as well as access our Mailer and Automation components.

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by contacting
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes we do. You can see more about the affiliate program here.
Why don't you offer a 1-WP-Instance only package?
We price our product super low and if we offered a package for support of one WordPress instance only then we would still price the same. We provide our customers with 4 extra instances because we assume most customers will have staging/development sites and maybe one or two sub-domais. Offering 5 minimum sites minimum makes sure your project has enough room to operate appropriately.
How good is your documentation?
Inbound Now is a small outfit with limited resources and a big product line so it takes a good bit of time to develop and improve documation. Combined with our Docs Directory and our open Public Support Forum you will find that most troubleshooting issues you encounter have an appopriate response already documented. If you don't then we usually have staff dedicated to developing new solutions.
How does your form component compare to others?
Our Inbound Forms component is equipped to provide very basic data collection. For the person looking for a stronger form creation solution we offer addons (inlcuded for subscribers) that support third party form plugins like Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms 3.
