What's your refund policy?
We offer a 100% fully guaranteed refund during the first 30 days of service.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide
to cancel or upgrade your plan.
Am I locked into a contract?
Transactions are locked after 30 days have passed. Please use this time to make sure the product is right for you. After the 30 day grace periord no refunds will be given.
Do you provide support?
Yes Inbound Now provides public support to both free users and paid users via our public support forums.
We will help you with most everything but if there is a theme or plugin conflict we may not be able to help. Support response times are 24-48 hours.
Does it matter which webhost I use?
Inbound Now tools work best on a WordPress Managed hosting provider, but we'll be happy to work with whoever
you've chosen. InboundNow.com is proudly powered by WPEngine so we promote them as our official Inbound Now friendly hosting provider.
Is Inbound Pro Plugin Free?
The Inbound Pro Plugin is provided to free users and subscribers alike and is the backbone of Inbound Now. Free users will not have access to
one-click template & extension installations or access to the Email + Marketing Automation components. Subscribers will.
Can I change my plan after signup?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by contacting
us and we'll send you a link to change your plan.
