Terms of Agreement
Licenses, unless specified otherwise, are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased extensions and templates.
Updates for softwares are included as long as a corresponding product subscription is active. If you have a valid and active license key or API Key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
If you are a subscriber to an all inclusive package then downloads and updates are both served from within your Inbound Pro client and downloads will not be provided individually.
Inbound Now reserves the right to decline support to users with invalid or expired license/API keys. That does not mean we will. We have a public, open forum where we try to provide basic 24 to 48 hour support to everyone.
Inbound Now reserves the right to refuse support for conflicts with other 3rd party software. We'll try hard to help, but we might have to recommend you to a 3rd party developer for conflict solutions.
If there is a software conflict with a 3rd party software and we cannot or will not fix it then we will provide you with a refund, given your purchase is within the 30 day refund period.
Inbound Now does not perform installation services. We link every user to our documentation website where the user can find support for installation.
Most of our products install like any other WordPress plugin. Please look for installation instructions in the product sales pages or look inside your account area for links to usage documentation.
If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
